Open each session of prayer and writing in a prayer of protection from evil forces. You have the authority to silence the lies and quiet your life. Even if you do not perceive lies, noise, or oppression, there is no harm in blocking nothing. Each step should be done in receiving prayer from God.

Opening with who God is
- When sending a letter and it is needed, you should let someone know who you are

- What would God like you to know about Him
Who is God’s audience - hint, it is you
- How is God describing you
- What does He need you to know
- Let Him call out your victories in this section
Validation of loss
- Allow God to validate or acknowledge your
  - Struggles
  - Woundedness
  - Pain
  - Loss
- Let Him enter into it with you and write it out
Results of loss
- Where are you forming insecure attachments
- What have you falsely come to understand about yourself and others around you
What does God want you to know
- Where have you given ground to the enemy and what do you need to confess, cancel, command, and commit
- What is He asking you to release, surrender, or offer up to Him
- What TRUTH do you need from Him
- What process do you need to enter into to build your TRUST in Him
Receive your identity and purpose
- Receive your white stone name (Revelation 2:17)
- What is your purpose
- What do you need to live out that identity and purpose
God loves you
- Allow God to bless you
- What promise does He have for you
- What specific love do you need from God, He knows what you need
